Images and standards have been updated for existing breeds, and the following breed standards from the Misc. group have been added: Azawakh, Belgian Laekenois, Bergamasco, Boerboel, Chinook, Cirneco dell’Etna, Dogo Argentino, Peruvian Inca Orchid, Portuguese Podengo Pequeno, Pumi, Rat Terrier, Russell Terrier, Sloughi & Wirehaired Vizsla.

red82 is excited to announce the latest update to the Arbor Day Foundation’s What Tree is That? software. The Arbor Day Foundation’s Tree Identification Guide: What Tree Is That? is based upon their award winning field guide that has helped more than 200,000 people of all ages identify trees.

This release has the ability to publish the locations of identified trees to Twitter with a unique hashtag allowing them to be indexed. In the long term this will allow us to build a crowd-sourced tree census, whose data may some day be useful to researchers and amateur arborists alike.
